If you require a visa : an invitation will be sent upon request of the candidate subject to sending a copy of the passport.

Host Families

Candidates may be offered accommodation (except for Amateur Concert Pianist) with host families depending upon availability. In the interest of both candidates and host families, a code of conduct states the conditions under which this facility is provided: see accommodation with host families’ rules. Candidates must request accommodation with host families when they send their application form.
